What does it cost?
Engagements are scoped per surface (VRP solver, sports CV pipeline, property ops) and priced by milestone, not hours. We send a number with the architecture brief; you don't have to ask for it. No retainer, no seat fee, no hidden line items.
Can you sign ours before we share data?
Yes. We sign your mutual NDA in the first reply, before any data, source, or scope discussion. Standard terms are accepted as-is; redlines take a single review cycle and we countersign the same week.
How fast can the first version ship?
Production MVP in 6–10 weeks per surface, end-to-end: data ingest, model/solver, and operator UI on a real stack. First pilot is typically a 30-day spike against your data before the full build kicks off.
Fixed-price or time-and-materials?
Fixed-price on a per-vertical scope (one of three: VRP, sports CV, property ops). Multi-surface rollouts are phased quarterly. We don't bill hourly; every milestone is fixed and tied to a working surface in your hands.
Who owns the final code and the trained models?
You do. Every artifact — code, datasets, model weights, exports — transfers to your repo and storage on the final milestone. We retain no rights and no copy; what we ship for you is yours to keep.
